10 Disney World Treats for Picky Eaters

I am a very picky eater. I don’t typically enjoy condiments, I can’t handle spicy food, I only enjoy the flavor of lemon if it is in a dessert or sweet snack, I am very particular about food textures, I have a huge sweet tooth. The list goes on and on. But we don’t need to talk about all of my shortcomings as a human being, because hopefully if you share some of these weird food quirks with me then you’ll appreciate this list of snacks you might like to try!

Throughout the time I have spent at Disney World, I have been acquainted with some of my favorite snacks of all time, which I have compiled into this list. I have also included a few snacks that I have not actually tried but that are definitely things I would love as a very picky eater., and these are on the top of my food bucket list for my next trip! Most of these snacks are super cute to look at also, so they can be great for a fun Instagram post! Check out my Instagram to see a few of these in action: sidneyeverafter@

When I’m in the parks on my next Disney trip, I will definitely be eating these snacks!

1. Orange Cream Float – Sunshine Tree Terrace in Magic Kingdom

This is my favorite thing to consume, ever. The only soda I like is orange soda, and this is essentially an orange soda float. But the ice cream included in the Orange Cream Float is a swirl of a sweet orange ice cream and a vanilla ice cream. And the portion size is really big, which is a plus!

2. Caramel Apple – The Confectionery in Magic Kingdom

I spent some time working in The Confectionery on Main Street in Magic Kingdom. One thing I learned while there is that The Confectionery is one of the only places on Disney World property that makes its caramel from scratch instead of melting caramels down into a caramel sauce. The caramel they make is darker and richer in color/taste, and I am wholeheartedly addicted to it. I prefer the basic caramel apple that they sell, without nuts or anything on it. But they make all their apples from scratch at the store and they are all amazing!

3. Large Mickey Donut – Main Street Bakery in Magic Kingdom

It’s a huge donut with sprinkles, but it is shaped like Mickey Mouse. Simple, sweet, and totally adorable.

4. Lost Princess Cone – Storybook Treats in Magic Kingdom

Paying homage to Rapunzel, this treat has a purple-colored cone and lemon soft-serve ice cream. It also has a few edible flowers, which is really cute.

5. Arendelle Aqua Cone – Storybook Treats in Magic Kingdom

I haven’t tried this one, but it’s so cute and looks like something I might like! The cone is blue and the ice cream is cotton candy flavored, which is a definite throwback to my childhood. This cone sounds like it might be overly sweet, but I have a ginormous sweet tooth so I’ve got to try it!

6. Scrooge McDuck’s Billionaire Bacon Caramel Sundae – Trilo-Bites in Animal Kingdom

A good caramel sundae is something I will always be a fan of. I love caramel. This sundae raises the bar as it is vanilla ice cream mixed with bacon strips and caramel. It also has some fun golden pearls and a gold coin on top to fit the theming as well. We all know Scrooge loves his gold coins!

7. School Bread – Kringla Bakeri at the Norway Pavilion in Epcot

It’s kind of like a donut. It’s a sweet bread roll injected with a vanilla custard, then covered with icing and toasted coconut. Overall, no offensive flavors and it’s a really enjoyable experience to eat this. And it’s not overly sweet, unlike some of the snacks on this list!

8. Baguette – Les Halles Boulangerie-Patisserie in the France Pavilion in Epcot

A baguette might seem like a weird snack. But I love bread, and this is super inexpensive. The baguette is only a few dollars and it is delicious! I actually like eating it plain, though sometimes I’ll put some butter on it.

9. Parfait Aux Fruits – Les Halles Boulangerie-Patisserie in the France Pavilion in Epcot

This is a yogurt mousse parfait with berries, and it is delicious. One of my favorite Disney snacks of all time! It’s small but I do think it fills me up decently well, and the flavors aren’t overpowering.

10. Werthers Caramel Popcorn – Karamell-Kuche in the Germany Pavilion in Epcot

I love caramel, which is why several of the items on this list have featured caramel. Just walking into this store in Epcot makes me smile because it smells SO GOOD. And the caramel popcorn is absolutely divine.

Let me know in the comments if you have tried any of these items! Or other treats you would suggest for picky eaters!
