DCP: Roommate Surveys

When you get into the Disney College Program (DCP) you might join the Facebook Group for your program and start looking for roommates to live with for your program. See my thoughts on finding DCP roommates in another blog post. If you decide you want to participate in finding a roommate, you might see other future DCP participants posting information about themselves in the Facebook Group in order to try to find roommates, and those posts are often called “Roommate Surveys”.

In this post, I have included a blank template for an extensive roommate survey that you can fill out and post to the Facebook Group, and it will cover enough information that might actually help you find someone that would live well with you, beyond just a little bit of surface level information. After the blank template, I have included the exact roommate survey I posted for my DCP a couple years ago. Hopefully you find it to be a little bit entertaining, and gives you a little bit more knowledge about who I was a few years ago!

Keep in mind that you don’t need to answer every question in a roommate survey; just delete the ones you don’t want to answer!

Once you find potential roommates, you’ll want to make sure that you’re all able to live together peacefully and happily. I have several posts on the Disney College Program tab that can help. I have a post with roommate tips, another post about the DCP housing complexes, a post going over how to discuss expectations with roommates, and many other posts that you might find helpful. I wish you all the best!
